This appears to have never been installed. One bulb faces upward and the other downward for an even effect. Nice condition with original tags. Its rated Max of 40 watts e12 bulbs, and I would personally go for a led Dimmable bulb.

No bulbs are included. I've uploaded lots of pictures to let you see this gorgeous piece art. The interior has a chippy gold leaf appearance with some marks there, but they appear in line the design not visible without looking inside of sconce.
