In order to correctly process a return you the consumer must contact Factory Direct Lighting to obtain an RGA # Return Goods Authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Any returns that have not had an RGA# assigned to them will, at no time, be accepted by Factory Direct Lighting. All merchandise must be new, unused, and never installed except in cases of defect, and must be in original packaging. Damaged Goods: Always inspect your merchandise prior to accepting it from the freight carrier. In the event that damage is noticed, you the consumer must notify the driver and accept the delivery with exception noted in writing on Fedex or UPS delivery ticket.
