Uses 25 watt type t0120v or smaller lamp bulb. Adjustable set screw has worn off the paint where it attaches to arm. Arm is adjustable from 4 to 6 long. The cord measures approx 9' foot and is polarized.

Condition: in working pre-owned condition with minor scuffing and wear to the finish. Please see photos.
